About the role:

About Advidi & The Opportunity

At Advidi, we build technology that powers millions of daily transactions for clients around the world. We build our own products for running performance marketing at scale, and owning our technology end to end gives us room to build what affiliates and advertisers could never get from third-party tooling.

Advidi has set a new strategy, and at its heart is product-led growth. Our focus is shifting toward continuously improving the products we offer, identifying new opportunities, and turning strong ideas into meaningful business value. That only works if our products are genuinely great to use, and that is where you come in.

Advidi is also going through an AI transformation. We believe AI will become a core part of how modern companies operate, how products are built, and how teams work. Design will play a central role in making the products that come out of this transformation clear, coherent, and genuinely useful.

About the role

As Senior Product Designer, you will be our first full-time product designer, joining a small product team that is set to grow. Design has real momentum here already, carried until now on a part-time basis; this role makes it a permanent, central part of how we build.

You will own product design end to end, across everything we build: from understanding what affiliates, advertisers, and our internal teams need, to shaping concepts, to shipping polished interfaces alongside our engineers. You will design for both of our audiences: the products our affiliates and advertisers use every day, and the internal tooling our teams run the business on.

You will report directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and work daily with product and engineering. Design has a real voice here: you are shaping what we build, not just how it looks.

This is a role for a senior designer who wants ownership, not a seat in a large design org. You set the design direction, you build the foundations, and you see your work in production every week, on products the whole business runs on. The role is full-time and based in Amsterdam, with hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

As Senior Product Designer, you will:

  • Own product design across our products end to end: discovery, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and specs engineers can build from without guesswork.

  • Partner closely with the product team on discovery and shaping, turning partner needs and internal friction points into concepts worth building.

  • Talk to users directly: affiliates, advertisers, and colleagues across the company.

  • Build and maintain our design foundations: a component library and design system in Figma that keeps our products coherent as they grow.

  • Work embedded with engineering through delivery: reviewing builds, refining details, and caring about what actually ships, not just what was designed.

  • Establish a healthy discovery habit: concepts sketched, tested, and sharpened with real users before we commit to building.

  • Raise the level of product craft across the team, bringing UX thinking into a company making the shift to product-led.

Required skills:

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of relevant product design experience.

  • Experience owning design for a complex B2B or SaaS product.

  • Full-stack design craft: research, UX, interaction design, visual design, and clean handoff.

  • The ability to carry design independently: self-directed, able to prioritize your own work, and secure enough to make calls without a design lead above you.

  • Experience with data-dense interfaces: dashboards, reporting, workflow and configuration tooling.

  • Strong Figma skills, including building and maintaining design systems.

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A strong AI adoption mindset: you actively explore how AI can improve design, prototyping, and product development.

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience in adtech, performance marketing, or affiliate networks.

  • Experience with two-sided platforms or marketplaces.

  • Experience being the first designer, or building a design practice from scratch.

  • Front-end sensibility: enough HTML/CSS to design with the grain of the web, or comfort prototyping with code and AI tools.

What we offer?

  • A salary between €5325 and €7607 per month, depending on your skills and experience

  • A high-performing team that can help you develop and grow but gives you the independence to perform your work according to your experience.

  • Bonus structure paid out quarterly

  • Personal growth opportunities

  • Pension scheme

  • Inflation correction

  • Time to learn in a way you see fit

  • 25 holiday days + 1 free day off during your birthday week

  • Option to buy 10 more days off

  • Fun events such as Game Night, Fancy Friday, seasonal parties and more

  • Daily fresh lunches and snacks prepared by our Chef

  • Gym membership discount and the possibility to work out during office hours

  • Table tennis, football, darts, football field, basketball court

Design Culture

Our culture is built around high standards: strong craft, thoughtful decisions, strong ownership, and continuous improvement. We are pragmatic, but we do not compromise on quality. We care about building products that are coherent, usable, and genuinely useful to the people who rely on them, and we ground design decisions in real user behavior, not assumptions.

You will work with:

  • AI-assisted design and prototyping tools

  • Products built as modern web applications (Angular) by our engineering teams
