About Advidi & The Opportunity
At Advidi, we build technology that powers millions of daily transactions for clients around the world. We build our own products for running performance marketing at scale, and owning our technology end to end gives us room to build what affiliates and advertisers could never get from third-party tooling.Advidi has set a new strategy, and at its heart is product-led growth. Our focus is shifting toward continuously improving the products we offer, identifying new opportunities, and turning strong ideas into meaningful business value. That only works if our products are genuinely great to use, and that is where you come in.
Advidi is also going through an AI transformation. We believe AI will become a core part of how modern companies operate, how products are built, and how teams work. Design will play a central role in making the products that come out of this transformation clear, coherent, and genuinely useful.
About the role
As Senior Product Designer, you will be our first full-time product designer, joining a small product team that is set to grow. Design has real momentum here already, carried until now on a part-time basis; this role makes it a permanent, central part of how we build.
You will own product design end to end, across everything we build: from understanding what affiliates, advertisers, and our internal teams need, to shaping concepts, to shipping polished interfaces alongside our engineers. You will design for both of our audiences: the products our affiliates and advertisers use every day, and the internal tooling our teams run the business on.
You will report directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and work daily with product and engineering. Design has a real voice here: you are shaping what we build, not just how it looks.
This is a role for a senior designer who wants ownership, not a seat in a large design org. You set the design direction, you build the foundations, and you see your work in production every week, on products the whole business runs on. The role is full-time and based in Amsterdam, with hybrid working.
